There was a sprinkling of snow on the surrounding mountains in early winter, (Photo by Alice Notten) 
followed by a few more impressive snowfalls up on the higher slopes. This is the main road of Greyton looking very wintry. 
From garden gate, the tips of the Riviersonderend Mountains were white. 
And the garden had its own snowdrops.
